We seek to recruit an enthusiastic, highly motivated and hard-working individual for the position of Junior IT Technician. The individual will be working at the group’s offices in Limassol.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide support of ERP software SAP Business 1 to all the companies of the group, including design, validation, testing and deployment.
  • Administration and support of point of sale software SAP Customer Checkout to all the retail shops of the group.
  • Administration and support of Coprime mobile commerce software to all group stores and retail shops.
  • Implementation, support and maintenance of the IT and Network infrastructures.
  • Comply with information security and data protection directions and guidelines.
  • Provide support to users in a timely and effective manner.
  • Submit suggestions for relevant improvements to senior team members.
  • Undertake any other duties and responsibilities, as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Two or more years’ experience in a similar position.
  • Professional Certificates (e.g. Cisco and Microsoft) will be considered an advantage.
  • Knowledge of Windows operating systems, Database Administration, Networks Technologies, Office 365, SAP will be considered an advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Greek and English.
  • Analytical thinking skills.
  • Problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Maintain a positive and friendly approach
  • Willing to travel within Cyprus

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparation of various reports at the request of management by extracting data and modifying established excel dynamic reports.
  • Analysis of prepared reports to identify trends and issues to be dealt with by the management of various departments.
  • Other general administrative duties as requested by management.

Requirements

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, with focus on Microsoft Excel
  • Generally computer literate
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Greek and English.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Maintain a positive and friendly approach
